RESERVATION POLICIES

Currency: All prices of our services are in US $

Payments: To confirm your reservation and guarantee a place in our activities, the full value of the tour fee must be paid.

Reservation Changes: Reservation changes must be completed more than 30 days prior to your tour departure. Please note that reservation changes incur an administrative charge that is 15% of the cost of the tour.

Last minute reservation changes less than 30 days before departure will be handled on a case-by-case basis and depending on the availability of our tours. Please note that last minute booking changes incur an administrative charge which is 35% of the tour cost.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. The date Aquaventures Dive Center receives the letter or email will determine the applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure result in a loss of an administrative charge that is 15% of the cost of the tour.

Cancellations made 60-31 days before departure result in a loss of 50% of the tour cost.

Cancellations made 30 days before departure result in a loss of 100% of the cost of the tour.

Insurance: Please note that having travel, medical and evacuation insurance is highly recommended for all Aquaventures Dive Center tours. If you don’t have your own coverage, get one – it can save your life! Please let us know if you would like us to help you with this.
