Meeting at the Agency and Departure
All passengers must gather at our agency at 7:00 a.m., where they will be greeted by our friendly naturalist guide. This is the starting point for an exciting day of exploration in the Galápagos Islands. Get ready to discover the astonishing marine life inhabiting the crystal-clear waters surrounding Seymour.
Snorkeling at Seymour
Our first stop takes us to Seymour, a unique snorkeling site north of Baltra Island. Here, you’ll enjoy a 45-minute snorkeling activity accompanied by a naturalist guide. This area is renowned for its abundant marine life, offering you the chance to spot hammerhead sharks, Galápagos sharks, sea turtles, sea lions, stingrays, eagle rays, moray eels, and various endemic fish species. The diverse underwater landscape will provide you with a unique snorkeling experience at each site.
Rest on board
After the exciting snorkeling session at Seymour, we’ll board the vessel for a well-deserved rest. While you relax, we’ll provide snacks, fruits, and drinks to recharge your energy before our next underwater adventure.
Second Snorkel at Seymour Channel
We’ll head to the second snorkeling site known as Seymour Channel. Here, you’ll enjoy another exciting 45-minute snorkeling activity. This area also hosts a diverse marine life, including garden eel colonies, sea turtles, sea lions, eagle rays, hammerhead sharks, white-tip sharks, and Galápagos sharks. Dive into these crystal-clear waters and continue exploring the amazing underwater world of the Galápagos.
Back to port
We’ll conclude our day of snorkeling in the Galápagos Islands and sail back to the port. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to reflect on the incredible sights and experiences you’ve had in these waters. Our return to the port is scheduled for approximately 3:30 p.m., though this timing may vary based on ocean conditions.
