Itinerary:

Preparations and Boarding

All passengers must arrive at the agency at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the tour. At 7:30 a.m., we will head to Acuario I Pier, where you will meet your naturalist guide and your navigation towards the spectacular Punta Pitt will begin.

Underwater Exploration at Bajo Pitt and Pitt Islet
Upon arriving at Punta Pitt, you will prepare for your first snorkeling session at Bajo Pitt. Your naturalist guide will provide instructions before you immerse yourself in this unique experience. After the first session, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved break with snacks and drinks. Following this, you’ll continue with the second snorkeling session at Islote Pitt. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and offers the opportunity to observe a varied marine life, from sea turtles to whitetip and blacktip sharks, Galapagos sharks, hammerhead sharks, rays, pufferfish, starfish, barracudas, and more.
Land Adventure at Cerro Pitt
After your snorkeling experience, you’ll enjoy lunch on board before embarking on a approximately 2-hour round-trip hike to Cerro Pitt. Here, you’ll have the chance to meet the fascinating red-footed booby, one of the island’s most unique species. Additionally, you may spot other species such as blue-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, pelicans, frigatebirds, finches, among others. Once the hike is completed, you’ll return to the boat to begin the return journey.
Return to the Port
After a day filled with exploration and impressive sightings, you’ll return to the port at approximately 5:00 p.m., subject to ocean conditions.

If you have your own snorkeling or diving equipment, you can bring it either one day before and leave it at the agency or on the day of the tour.

Each piece of equipment is thoroughly disinfected between uses, the agency and the boat are cleaned daily. Hand sanitizer is available at all times.

Passengers when arriving at Punta Pitt will carry out their first snorkeling session in Bajo Pitt, the naturalist guide will give you the briefing and then you will launch into the sea.
