Itinerary:
Meeting at the Agency and Departure
Start your day early and meet at our agency at 6:00 a.m. to begin this exciting adventure. Get ready for a day full of discoveries in the Galapagos Islands. The journey starts with a ferry departing at 7:00 a.m. from Santa Cruz, taking you to the stunning Isabela.
Exploration of Tintoreras
Upon arriving at Isabela, a naturalist guide will welcome you and take you to a group of islets known as Las Tintoreras. This place is famous for being home to Galapagos penguins and reef sharks. You’ll enjoy sightings of these beautiful birds and have great chances to encounter sea lions along the coasts. During the tour around the islets, you’ll be able to observe rays, sea turtles, reef sharks, colorful fish, and more. You’ll also disembark on one of the islets for a short walk along its shark channel, where you can observe the reef shark and capture impressive photos and videos. The adventure continues with a snorkeling session near the location.
Lunch at Isabela
After the activity at Tintoreras, you will return to Isabela’s port to enjoy a well-deserved lunch.
Visit to the Flamingo Lagoon
The next destination is the picturesque Flamingo Lagoon. You’ll have time to take photographs of these elegant pink birds in their natural environment.
Exploration of the Turtle Breeding Center
Conclude your day by visiting the Arnaldo Tupiza Tortoise Breeding Center. Here, you’ll be able to observe the impressive tortoises in conservation areas, learning about the efforts to protect and preserve these magnificent creatures.
Return to Puerto Ayora
Finally, you will return to Puerto Ayora around 5:30 p.m., depending on the ocean conditions. It has been a day filled with exciting experiences in the Galápagos Islands that you will remember forever.

If you have your own snorkeling or diving equipment, you can bring it the day before and leave it at the agency or on the day of the tour.
