Day 1 – Discovery in Seymour

Program designed for individuals who have never dived before, Open Water License not required

Welcome to the first day of your thrilling diving experience in North Seymour. On this day, you will immerse yourself in the waters of the Galápagos to explore an underwater world full of marine wonders. Accompanied by expert instructors, you will discover the rich marine life of this region, from sharks to turtles and a diversity of tropical fish.

Itinerary:

Arrival and Preparation

Start your day early, arriving at our agency at 7:00 a.m. Once there, you will be equipped with everything necessary for diving and head to our classroom. Here, you will watch an introductory video about the use of diving equipment, signals, and how the activity will unfold. After the video, you will receive a practical class from our instructor, reinforcing what you have learned.

Boarding and Heading to North Seymour

We will head to the dock and board the boat. Our first stop is North Seymour, where you will experience your first dive, lasting approximately 45 minutes. The instructor will provide all the necessary instructions before you dive into the waters. Get ready to witness the stunning marine life, including hammerhead sharks, Galápagos sharks, garden eels, tunas, whitetip reef sharks, reef fish, eagle rays, and sea turtles, among others.

Refreshments and Second Visiting Site

After your first dive, we will return to the boat, where you can enjoy snacks, fruits, and drinks as we head to the second visiting site. This could be Mosquera or Daphne, depending on the boat’s itinerary.

Snorkeling at the Second Site

At our second visiting site, you will engage in an exciting snorkeling activity, also lasting approximately 45 minutes. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe reef sharks, Galápagos sharks, hammerheads, mobulas, sea turtles, eagle rays, barracudas, reef fish, and whitetip sharks.

Back to the port

Our underwater adventure will come to an end around 3:30 p.m., depending on ocean conditions.

Day 2 – Pinzon Island

The second day of your exciting adventure in the Galápagos will take you to the crystal-clear waters surrounding the beautiful Pinzón Island. Here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable snorkeling session. Accompanied by our experienced naturalist guides, you will immerse yourself in an underwater world full of fascinating marine life. You’ll be able to observe sharks, manta rays, sea turtles, and a wide variety of tropical fish in their natural environment.

Itinerary:

Arrival and Preparation

Start your day by arriving at our agency promptly at 8:00 a.m. From there, at 8:45 a.m., we will head to the dock, where you will meet your naturalist guide and board our boat to begin this exciting adventure.

First Encounter with Nature

We will begin our navigation towards Pinzón Island, and our first destination will be Penguin Bay, where you will experience the first snorkeling activity. Your naturalist guide will provide a detailed introduction to the flora and fauna of the area before you immerse yourself in the waters. After this activity, on the boat, you will enjoy hot/cold drinks and snacks to recharge energy.

Second Underwater Dive

We will continue at Penguin Bay, where you will have the opportunity to have a second snorkeling session, also lasting approximately 45 minutes. Once everyone is back on board, we will sail towards La Fe, where a delicious lunch awaits you with a typical fisherman’s menu prepared with seafood products.

Exploration at Las Palmitas

Afterward, we will head to Las Palmitas, where you will experience a wet landing and a guided walk. Your guide will share knowledge about the area and the endemic flora and fauna that inhabit it.

Live Fishing Experience and Return to Puerto Ayora

During the journey between Las Palmitas and Puerto Ayora, you will have the opportunity to participate in a live fishing demonstration. If successful, the caught fish will be served fresh as part of the activity. We will arrive at Hidden Beach, where you will take a guided walk to learn about the area’s species. You can also enjoy another snorkeling activity or relax on this beautiful paradise beach.

Return to Puerto Ayora

Our adventure will come to an end around 4:30 p.m., depending on ocean conditions.

Day 3 – Santa Fe Island

On the third day of your unforgettable journey to the Galápagos, you will head towards the enigmatic Santa Fe Island. This day will be filled with exciting snorkeling activities. Accompanied by our naturalist guides, you will immerse yourself in the waters of this paradisiacal island to explore the richness of Galápagos marine life. While snorkeling at Santa Fe Island, you may come face to face with playful sea lions, sea turtles, brightly colored tropical fish, and many other fascinating species that inhabit these crystal-clear waters.

Before immersing yourself in the waters, you will enjoy an exciting panga ride along the coast to spot endemic birds. Your naturalist guide will provide detailed information about the place and the marine life around it. After this activity, on the boat, you will indulge in hot/cold drinks and snacks to recharge energy.

Second Underwater Dive

We will continue towards La Encañada, where you will carry out the second session of our snorkeling activity, also lasting approximately 45 minutes. Once everyone is back on board, you will enjoy a delicious lunch.

Live Fishing Experience and Hidden Beach

After completing our activities in Santa Fe, we will sail towards Hidden Beach. During the journey between Santa Fe and Hidden Beach, you will have the opportunity to participate in a live fishing demonstration. If successful, the caught fish will be served fresh on the spot as part of the activity. Upon arriving at Hidden Beach, you will take a guided walk where your guide will provide information about the species and the activity. You will have the option to engage in another snorkeling activity or simply enjoy this beautiful paradise beach.

Back to the port

Our adventure will come to an end around 4:00 p.m., depending on ocean conditions.
