Our first stop will be at the spectacular dive site known as Darwin Bay. Here, your dive instructor will provide a detailed introductory briefing before you dive into the crystal-clear waters. This dive will take you to explore underwater wonders for approximately 45 minutes, where you’ll encounter a fascinating variety of marine life, including playful sea lions, reef sharks, the elusive batfish, graceful rays, curious pufferfish, elegant barracudas, majestic turtles, colorful sea urchins and starfish of different types, as well as moray eels, lobsters, and octopuses.
Afterwards, we will sail for about 15 minutes to reach the second dive site, Carawa, where the wreck of a ship from around 100 years ago is located. Here, you’ll gear up and receive an informative briefing from your dive guide before entering the water. During this approximately 45-minute dive, you’ll follow a line around the sunken ship, exploring a fascinating underwater ecosystem that includes sea lions, rays, pufferfish, barracudas, turtles, sea urchins, various starfish, moray eels, lobsters, and octopuses.

On your second day of diving, set sail for Whale Rock, an impressive site where you’ll dive into marine depths. Here, you’ll explore waters teeming with sea lions, sharks, rays, and an astonishing variety of marine life. Next, head to Tijeretas Wall. Experience two exciting dives and admire the ocean’s hidden beauty.

We will sail to the dive site known as Whale Rock, where passengers will prepare their dive equipment and receive a briefing from the instructor. The dive will last approximately 45 minutes, with a maximum depth of 18 meters. During this experience, you’ll have the chance to observe sea lions, rays, white-tip and black-tip reef sharks, hammerhead sharks, Galápagos sharks, pufferfish, barracudas, tuna, turtles, sea urchins, various types of starfish, moray eels, lobsters, octopuses, and much more. After the dive, passengers will return to the boat to enjoy snacks and drinks. There will be a break of about 1 hour before the second dive.
Next, we will sail for about 15 minutes to reach the second dive site called Tijeretas Wall. Here, passengers will prepare with their dive gear and listen to the dive instructor’s briefing. The second dive will last approximately 45 minutes. During this dive, you can observe sea lions, reef sharks, batfish, rays, pufferfish, barracudas, turtles, sea urchins, various types of starfish, moray eels, lobsters, octopuses, and more.

Kicker Rock | 2 dives

We will sail to our first destination: the Sleeping Lion. Here, you will witness the majesty of this volcanic lava rock. Upon arrival, the dive guide will provide you with a detailed briefing on the dives you will undertake. You will experience two exciting underwater dives: the first will begin in the channel between the two rocks and the second at the western corner of the rock. Each dive, lasting approximately 45 minutes, will allow you to explore a fascinating underwater world full of Galápagos sharks, white and black-tipped sharks, hammerhead sharks, turtles, manta rays, moonfish, dolphins, sea lions, starfish, sea urchins, and a diverse marine life.
After the dive, you will disembark at one of the beautiful beaches, such as Manglesito, Puerto Grande, or Cerro Brujo, depending on the boat’s itinerary. Here, you will enjoy a lunch on board and have time to explore the beach or engage in an exciting snorkeling activity.

Requirements:
Have Open Water certification (minimum 8 dives) and have been diving for at least six months prior to the tour date. If you do not meet the 6-month requirement, it is recommended to take a Refresh Dive.
Relevant information:
Itineraries are subject to change at the discretion of the Galápagos National Park and your dive instructor. In certain cases, depending on ocean conditions. We take safety very seriously and always strive to provide you with the best and safest experience.
In light of the pandemic, we have implemented strict cleaning policies. Each piece of equipment is thoroughly disinfected between uses, and the agency and boat are cleaned daily. Hand sanitizer is available at all times.
All passengers must present themselves at the agency the day before the tour or package on each island for a gear check, between 2 and 6 pm, to ensure everything is ready for the tour day. If you already have all the necessary equipment, you can bring it to the agency the day before or on the same day as the tour.
If you arrive by ferry and have a tour scheduled for the same day, you must present yourself at the agency at least 1 hour in advance for the equipment check.
Two days before the tour or package, we will send passengers an email with details about the meeting point, the time, and the name of the vessel in the case of ferries.
